Step 1: Applications for students under the age of 18 need to be completed by a parent/legal guardian. If the applicant if over the age of 18, it is required that they complete the application themselves. 

Step 2: Please have the following documents ready to attach to the application when asked:

1. Official Canadian Government ID that shows proof of the student’s age, legal name, and citizenship. While a Canadian birth certificate if the preferred form of ID, other accepted pieces of ID can be found at www.fusioncollegiate.ca/apply/applicationFAQ;
   • Please note that BOTH SIDES of a Permanent Resident card/certificate is required;
2. The student’s most recent report card (for grades 10-12 applicants);
3. The student’s Detailed Academic Report (DAR), which can be downloaded from MyPass (Grade 12 and GAP only);
4. Any IPP’s, learning, medical or mental health assessments that have provided recommendations to support the student’s learning,  if applicable;
5. If the student is under the age of 18 and parents do not live together, official signed agreements or court orders in place, if applicable;

Please note that applications missing required documentation will not be processed.

Step 3: Successful applicants will be emailed a Letter of Acceptance.
(For grades 10-12, in the event we receive more registrations than spots available, we will conduct a lottery process as per the Fusion Collegiate Charter, which can be found at www.fusioncollegiate.ca/our-board).
